Friends’ Membership

1 - Introduction

Thank you for joining Theatr Clwyd’s Friends’ Membership. Please read carefully as by joining our Membership and paying you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

2 - Member Benefits

As a member of Theatr Clwyd’s Friends’ Membership scheme, you are entitled to:

• Panto priority booking for Theatr Clwyd’s annual pantomime
• Season priority booking available on most events advertised at Theatr Clwyd in our seasonal brochures
• 5% off subscription ticket deals where stated
• 10% off film tickets excluding live screening & some special event screenings
• 10% off selected events where stated
• 5% off drinks at Theatr Clwyd

Member benefits are subject to the following terms:

• Friends’ memberships and the associated benefits are not transferrable between people.
• Ticket discounts apply to full price tickets only and cannot be combined with other offers, discounts or concessions
• Ticket discounts cannot be applied retrospectively to tickets already purchased.
• Priority booking events are selected by Theatr Clwyd and we reserve the right to exclude events.
• Discounted events and films are selected by Theatr Clwyd and are subject to availability.
• All ticket availability and discounts are subject to availability.
• Drinks discounts cannot be used in conjunction with any other special offers or discounts.
• Proof of Membership must be shown on every visit to obtain Membership Benefits.
• Friends’ memberships are non-refundable and will run for the validity period and cannot be cancelled.
• If you join and then change your mind and want to cancel your Membership then you can if it is within 14 days of the purchase date. Theatr Clwyd will refund to you in full any Membership Fees paid (unless you have made use of the Membership benefits during these 14 days).
• Proof of active membership will be via a digital wallet card or on our booking app or website (details of how to access will be sent to all purchasers)

3 – Changes to the membership

• Theatr Clwyd reserves the right in its absolute discretion to change the Membership Fee each year.
• Theatr Clwyd reserves the right to add and remove payment options including frequency of payment.
• A valid Friends membership will entitle you to the benefits but some or all of the benefits may be added to, removed or altered by Theatr Clwyd at our discretion.
• Theatr Clwyd reserves the right in its sole discretion to refuse or terminate Membership if in its reasonable opinion a Member’s behaviour is in any way considered to be harassing, causing distress or inconvenience to other Members, any visitor to Theatr Clwyd, any member of the Theatr Clwyd staff, trustees, patrons or other supporters of Theatr Clwyd.
• Theatr Clwyd reserves the right to refuse or terminate membership and its associated benefits at any time.

• All information about Friends’ membership and benefits will be sent via email. By joining the Friends’ membership you consent to receive information about the scheme and related benefits by email. Personal details will be stored on our database. Your data will be processed and stored in line with the General Data Protection Regulations.
