Yes. We will have vegetarian and vegan options available.

How do you source your produce?
We aim to use local suppliers and producers. North Wales has some amazing food producers and we’re proud to use them.

Can I enjoy dinner and still see a show?
Yes you can – we have sitting times where you can enjoy two or three course dining and then see one of our world-class shows.

Do I have to book a table or can I just turn up?
You can just turn up – however we’d always recommend booking in advance during busy times (typically early evenings in the two hours before shows and films begin).

How in advance can we book?

Early evening dining bookings can be made in conjunction with show ticket purchases (this is usually between 4 and 12 months prior to the event). Restaurant bookings can be made up to three months in advance.

Can you accommodate large groups?
Yes we can. We’d recommend booking early – contact us and we can advise you about availability.

Do you have gluten-free options?
Yes – we will have GF menu options (or options that can be substituted to make them GF). Please let us know when you book!

I have allergies - are you able to make substitutions in the menu?
We can accommodate all allergies if notice is given when booking.

When will the menu be announced?
Our breakfast and a la carte menu changes regularly during the year to coincide with seasonality. Our menus will be on sale from the 1 June 2025.

Can I purchase Bryn's cookbook or products?
Yes, Bryn’s books are available in the restaurant along with Bryn’s Kitchen products but also online here.

How much do meals cost?
We have a range of options for you to enjoy – from sandwich and cake in our café to our three course menu – we aim to accommodate a range of budgets.

Can I pop by and enjoy a sandwich and a cake?
Yes of course! We serve a varied selection of sandwiches and baguettes, bacon baps, fish finger boxes and an assortment of cakes.
