Want to learn how you can support yourself or others during this life transition?

Theatr Clwyd, Wrexham University and Making Menopause Matter is launching a new menopause in the community group. We are creating safe, friendly spaces where you can connect, share your experience, create and learn. We need your help in developing how we run, share and grow this vital project. Be a key part in supporting your community and shaping what the group will offer. This event is free to attend, and all are welcome.

Mon 18th November 6.30pm – 8.30pm – A session on the theme of menopause and the skin including a workshop to create organic skin care products to take home. With Deborah Ebenezer and Natalie Edwards from Wrexham University.
