Interested in learning about the menopause?

Want to learn how you can support yourself or others during this life transition?

Theatr Clwyd, Wrexham University and Making Menopause Matter is launching a new menopause in the community group. We are creating safe, friendly spaces where you can connect, share your experience, create and learn.

This event is free to attend, and all are welcome.

Session Theme: A session on preparing for and going to an appointment with a healthcare professional with Lisa Scully. Plus tea and menopause chat on the theme of ‘brainfog’.
