How did you get into music?

I attended a church choir as a child and I had a very inspiring choir leader who was also a piano teacher.

What has been your favourite musical experience?

I performed in the stage band on the Royal Edinburgh Military Tattoo in 2013.

What do you like to do outside of teaching?

I have recently left the Reserve Forces, playing with The Army Medical Services Band. I enjoy walks with my family and my little dog Daisy.

What is a fun fact about you?

I have performed at Garden Party's at Buckingham Palace.

Do you have any ties to Flintshire?

I lived in Flintshire until I was 18 and I have now returned 15 years later after serving in the Army.
