Jude Rogers is a writer, interviewer and documentary-maker. Known for her arts and culture journalism for The Guardian, the Observer and BBC radios, her 2022 memoir, The Sound Of Being Human: How Music Shapes Our Lives, was shortlisted for Welsh Book Of The Year and the Penderyn Music Prize. In recent years, Jude has also been running storytelling projects connected to communities and causes. These include creating a book and digital archive of staff and patients’ stories for Cardiff’s Velindre Cancer Centre as it moves to a new hospital site, plus work with the Anthem Wales youth music fund and the Paraorchestra of Great Britain.
