Rebecca Wilson is a Jewish and Welsh actor and writer who grew up in North West Wales. She is honoured to be given this time to work solely on her writing craft and hopes to continue developing "Showgirls & Spies" and "Cofia".

She looks forward to working with the Theatr Clwyd team on these projects.

Previously she has been a part of the Young Writer's Group at Liverpool Everyman & Playhouse Theatre and Literature Wales' Re (Writing) Wales cohort.

She has a children's picture book ("The Winter Festival"/"Gwyl Y Gaeaf") coming out in October which will be available to all Primary Schools in Wales in both English and Welsh with Rily Publishers. This was originally a short audio drama commissioned by Theatr Clwyd in 2020, so to be back at Clwyd this year feels lush.
