We understand that for many people the ability to use cash is vital for their independence. Not everyone has access to credit or debit cards – a “cashless” or “card only” approach unacceptably discriminates against these people.

Theatr Clwyd accepts cash and card.

We may, on occasion, have certain sales-points that are cashless (e.g. our ice cream stand may be cashless), but we will always have the option to buy the product with cash within the same venue (e.g. our bar will accept cash and sell ice cream).

Should you wish to pay by cash and are unsure where you can then our team will be able to help.

If you wish to pay by cash for tickets but are unable to visit our box office then please drop our box office a call and they will be able to help.
