When you're purchasing tickets online make sure you login to the same account as your membership - that'll help us make sure you get all the discounts you're entitled to - discounts typically show in the basket before you're about to pay. You'll also need to login to access shows with priority booking.

When our building reopens we'll contact you with details about about how to get access to your drinks discount.

To make sure you get our e-mails we'd recommend adding Theatr Clwyd to your list of trusted recipients (it helps avoid things going into spam accidentally). We'll e-mail you each time new events are available for priority booking as well as some occasional nice treats.
