Exchanges
Up to 24 hours before a performance starts tickets can be exchanged for another performance of the same production (£1 fee per ticket). This is subject to availability.
Refunds
Tickets cannot be refunded after purchase unless the performance is cancelled or rescheduled or there is a material change to the programme or event. In circumstances where refunds are to be given, the refund will equal the face value of the ticket. Personal arrangements including travel, accommodation or hospitality relating to the event which have been arranged by you are at your own risk. It is your responsibility to check whether an event has been cancelled or rescheduled and the date and time of any re-scheduled event.
Returns & Resales
Unwanted tickets can be returned to our Box Office for re-sale. Returned tickets are only offered for re sale once the performance is sold out. Customers will receive a refund or a credit for the value of any tickets re-sold. A £1 per ticket re-sale fee will apply. No refund/credit will be given for any tickets not re-sold.
